The men’s meeting is Saturday, July 12 at 8:30 a.m. Come to Ruby’s in Laguna Beach, have breakfast, and study the Life of David.

The study will focus on Psalm 22. Bring some related verses and your testimonies to share.

bureau_ladies.jpgThe women’s study is every Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m.

We are studying the book of James; read chapter 1 and be ready to participate with questions and nuggets of insight.

For Tuesday, July 15, focus on James 1:19-24.

Every Wednesday come and fellowship at 7:00 p.m. We are studying the book of 1 John - study the book. For Wednesday, July 16, find all seven (7) of the “false professions.”

Saturday, July 19: we will have a table at the Laguna Beach Farmer’s Market from 8 a.m. to Noon. Bring a chair, your heart for the Lord, joy, and come and fellowship with us as we reach out to the community and vendors at the market. We will be handing out water and postcards.

Sunday Night, July 20, at 6:00 p.m.

Come enjoy a time with the Lord as we worshrefreshing-dove.jpgip and pray with each other. We will worship, pray, and allow the gifts of the Holy Spirit to operate.

We will also be serving dinner.

Ladies Study Tonight

Hope to see you all tonight at the Ladies’ Study.  It’s never too late to start attending.

James 1:15-18

15 Then after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin, and when sin is fully grown, it gives birth to death. (A)

16 Don’t be deceived, my dearly loved brothers. (B) 17 Every generous act and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights; with Him there is no variation or shadow cast by turning. (C) 18 By His own choice, He gave us a new birth by the message of truth [a] so that we would be the firstfruits of His creatures. (D)
