Caroling at Vista Aliso

We have really grown as a church in our outreaching to the community.

On Sunday, December 23, 2007, as our third outreach this year to Vista Aliso Senior Housing facility, we caroled our hearts out. 

Of course, we began with prayer.

Then we traveled from building to building as Frank and Rick put bundles of cookies we made and wrapped just after church on everyone’s door.

It was a delight.

Eric and Amanda did a great job leading us in the carols as he played is nylon string guitar.

One of my favorite moments was Fatima and her husband coming out of their apartment crying, giving us all a flower from a boquet they had in their house… they hugged and kissed us all. It was a wonderful learning experience and those hugs were worth it all.
